Late Appointments Please give your stylist a curiosity text or call if you think you'll be more than 5 minutes late. If you're running more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.
Loss of Online Booking Privilege Insufficient notice may result in your loss of online booking privileges and you may need to call/text to book future appointments. Invoices for missed appointment fees will be sent via email or text after a no-show or late cancellation. Outstanding balances are due before rebooking or at the time of future services. Repeated issues may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit when booking future appointments.
Cancelations & No-Show Fees are strongly enforced. No call no show appointments will be charged 100% Haircuts and other appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid a $10 cancelation fee. Color and chemical appointments must be canceled 48 hours in advance to avoid a $25 fee.
Re-dos & Refunds If you’d like changes to your style, we kindly ask that you let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We’re happy to make adjustments free of charge to ensure you leave feeling confident and satisfied. Please note, this does not apply to chemical services such as color corrections or other treatments, which may require additional charges. If you’re very unhappy with your service and prefer a refund instead of a re-do, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. Refund requests made beyond this time frame will not be considered. Our goal is to make every client happy, and we appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns promptly.
